NHS health checks

Our healthcare assistants provide health checks for patients aged 40 to 74 who do not already have a pre-existing health condition.

For these patients, the practice regularly runs checks to invite you in for your health check. The check involves taking your blood pressure, weight, and blood samples. The results are forwarded to our team of clinicians, who will contact you if anything abnormal is found.

The healthcare assistants have undergone lifestyle coaching and will discuss this with you during your consultation.
